How do i make a cleaning appoinment?

When will I be charged?
When booking, we require a credit card to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please provide us with a 48-hour notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within this timeframe will incur a $70.00 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment, the fee will be 50% of the cleaning cost. Additionally, if you cancel while our cleaners are already on site or if they are locked out, the full price will be charged.
Do i need a deep cleaning?
We strongly suggest a deep cleaning for first-time clients or those who haven’t experienced a professional cleaning in the past few months.
Are there services that FullyTidy does not offer?
Although we provide a variety of services, we do not offer waxing, resurfacing, or refinishing floors, putting away dishes, moving furniture, or disposing of large quantities of trash. Additionally, we do not clean exterior windows, handle mold, biohazards, pet waste, or address insect and rodent issues.
